Cory Wilkerson
EdTA Partner Director
Ms. Cory Wilkerson is the Education Director for the Educational Theatre Association, and the theatre Partner Director for the Connected Arts Network team. A former theatre educator from the Hershey, PA area, Wilkerson has been a classroom theatre teacher, teaching artist, and arts consultant specializing in curriculum and assessment. Prior to joining EdTA, she was a project manager for the National Coalition for Core Arts Standards, helping to facilitate the writing of the national arts standards. She was also one of the team of theatre teachers working with EdTA to author the Theatre Opportunity to Learn Standards and the Theatre Educator Evaluation Workbook. In her teaching career Wilkerson specialized in devised theatre and theatre for young children and managed and produced original interactive dramas under her children’s theatre company -WOW Theatre productions. Ms. Wilkerson is the proud recipient of a PA legislative certificate of achievement for her work in educational theatre and the Educational Theatre Association’s 2020 Founder’s Award.
