In this session, we will start with an analysis of your program - what’s working, what makes money, what brings in a large audience, and how do you connect your program with your community. Then we will look at how the design of your season can fulfill many of your goals. Participants will walk away with a blueprint for getting community buy in to your theatre program to take your program to the next level. 

Krista Carson Elhai

Krista Carson Elhai taught HS theatre for 38 years and is currently supervising student teachers at the collegiate level. She has directed over 300 productions and enjoys presenting workshops around the country.

She sits on the CA State Thespian Board, the CA Educational Theatre Association board, and serves as the EdTA board President.
