Participants will:
- Discover, through a presentation, a quick introduction for onboarding the busy theatre teacher to Canvas basics for f2f, hybrid, or online instruction.
- Takeaway resources to better apply, create, and deliver meaningful theatre instruction on Canvas (LMS).
- Discuss how Canvas course elements such as modules, assignments, discussions, and quizzes are used to accomplish good course design outcomes.

Russ Saxton recently retired after 35 years as a secondary education Theatre Teacher. Currently, he teaches Theatre Methods to preservice theatre students at Dixie State University. He teaches an online GE course, Introduction to Theatre, which he wrote and designed with Canvas.
